- When you see the windows logo with loading circle below it, you press the physical on/off button immediately until it turns off.
- Then, you turn it on again and wait till windows logo appears. Now you will notice that your computer is in Diagnosing process 'Diagnosing your PC'. If this not happens, you need to repeat step 2 until your computer get into diagnosis state.
- You click on 'Advanced Option'
- Then you find 'Command Prompt". A command prompt popup will appear.
- You type "copy c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe c:\"
- then you press Enter
- Then type: "copy c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe c:\windows\system32\utilman.exe".
- Type 'Y' / 'Yes' to confirm.
- Type 'exit' to exit command prompt and continue to your login screen
- You Click on 'Ease of Access' icon on the bottom right corner to reveal CMD.
- Type 'net user' to see the account name.
- Type 'net user name *' . Repalace the name with your Account's Name. Don't forget the star at the back *.
- Hit Enter. Then you have been asked to type a password for the user. Leave blank for no password or type another password you want. The letter is not showing when you typing the password, but it is there. just type it.
